The G400 B is the smallest switcher that MaK/Vossloh produces, and 713 here is the latest one produced, delivered to NS/NedTrain in 2004. The type is still being offered, but nobody seems to have bought it in the meantime.

I’m certain someone thought that bright light green was a great idea, but to me, in this light and with the absolutely not matching yellow end, it looks a little unhealthy to me.
