I only realized now that the driver of this train was waving at me, and now I regret that I didn’t acknowledge that in any way (such as waving back).
Anyway, we have a class 612 tilting DMU heading towards Halle (to be precise the city of Halle that is at the river Saale, though I don’t know any other place of this name that has any significance), and of course coming through Oker station for this. This is the significantly less pretty side of the station, showing the chemical industry here, although it does look kind of interesting.
Fun fact: When I showed this picture to [my sister][septdeneuf] she found it horribly boring, but my father, who is also a railway enthusiast, liked it. What do you think?
