I always fear that my comments here might be too long and too difficult to understand. To solve this, the following text will use only words with four letters or less.
This is an old pic that I took some time ago in that town at the edge of the Harz (more in the east). The name of this type of rail car here is V15. It was made in the GDR from 1958 to 1976, and it used to be blue. It can only go 35 km/h (that is 22 mph), but that is not bad ‘cos it is just used to move cars in any one town, not on any long line. A few have been sold and are now used to help work on any new rail line. Some more, like this, are now kept (with more old cars and the like) so that you can look at them. I’m not sure if this one here can work.
In the rear is a rail car that has a name like a big cat but in blue, and a lazy guy on a bike.
