I probably looked pretty stupid trying to make this picture, which I did by putting my camera on the edge of the platform. Still, I like it. I’m afraid I don’t know too much about steam engine driving rod arrangements, but this little C engine (0-6-0 for americans) doesn’t seem too complicated anyway. Chances are that this tour from Braunschweig to Goslar and back again is far longer than any it ever did in it’s normal service life.
