Cocoaheads Aachen

Yesterday evening was the first meeting of [Cocoaheads Aachen][cha]. The entire thing is an informal meeting for people who develop with [Cocoa][cocoa] in the Aachen region. It’s being held by RWTH Aachen’s [Media Computer Group][mcg], but is open for anyone who is not at the RWTH as well.

During the entire thing there are presentations about interesting things, pizza and time to discuss all things Cocoa and Apple. I’m not certain what I may say about that, as there were some NDA’d topics being discussed, but I think I’m pretty safe when I tell you that the event was very interesting and lots of fun. If you think this might be for you, then I strongly recommend you to check it out.

Meetings are on the last thursday of every month. It’s invitation-only, to acquire such an invitation you have to write an e-mail. All the necessary details are on the [event’s site][cha]. It’s also recommended that you bring your own computer (preferably a laptop, I guess). Other than that, you should have an ADC account (the free one is sufficient) and have downloaded the iPhone SDK, so that there are no problems with any NDA.
