That’s it. Dahlheim also has an additional track that seems to be unused and a signal box that may have been turned into a private home, but as far as passenger operations go, this is it. There is a ticket vending machine in the concrete shelter, though.
Calling this a station, instead of a stop point, already sounds weird, but trains can and do end and start here, and it has one switch, so all the conditions set by the german railway law are met.
The large F, by the way, marks this box as a phone box. Inside is a telephone connected to some authority, probably the signal box in this case. Those things used to be used before radio transmission was common, but are these days pretty much redundant.
