Notes
Normally, the ICE 3M do not pass through Venlo, but that day something must have been different. I also heard in Arnhem that the ICE International (as this train is called) would not pass through there. So we have an ICE 3M in Venlo, and the unique chance to compare it with a Stadler GTW 2/6 (diesel) in Veolia Transportation livery. Hm. Now, I don’t want to say that Veolia ripped off DB’s ICE livery, but I sure want to imply it.
