Down into the Station

Notes
On usual pictures, the Wuppertal Schwebebahn looks like something rather calm and slow. Now, it’s true that it’s top speed of 60 kph (37 mph) isn’t that high, but the system features passive tilting (swinging of the car bodies is not limited within a 15° angle) and that does allow for some pretty impressive speeds through tight corners - one of the main reasons why the system was chosen over a conventional railroad in the first place. Right here, it’s entering the Ohligsmühle station and is not that fast actually, but if you know me, you know that I like motion blur maybe a little bit too much.
While taking pictures at this point, ~shenanigan87 told me that he was not too fond of motion blur. I admit that it can be excessive at times (like in this picture here, to be honest), but damn it, it’s just fun to play with it.
