Notes
This polish EMU by NEWAG is an enigma to me. From afar, with the sleek exterior and silver/black styling (my pictures really does not do it any justice), I was thinking this was a short part of a new medium-high-speed train, something in the 200 kph (125 mph) class. The inside seats, however, are actually subway-style, with two long rows parallel to the direction of travel, facing each other, and lots and lots of standing space. My guess is that this is a new vehicle for urban railway use.
The problem is that I have no way of knowing. The train was full of leaflets, all of which described other trains, however, and quite a few of which turned out to be either polish or something in cyrillic either way (note to self: Look before you take the paper).
In the internet, I’ve been able to find out that it had it’s world premiere at Innotrans, other than that, though, all information I can find is polish. If you happen to speak that language, you can read the manufacturer’s description and maybe find out what a train this actually is.

Daran hatte ich ehrlich gesagt gar nicht gedacht, da die Ergebnisse immer etwas fragwürdig sind, aber klar, für einen ersten Eindruck reicht es. Danke!
