Notes
The dutch class 1700 is one example of the many locomotives types that Alstom spammed west europe with that all look very similar (for another example, see this portuguese diesel locomotive, picture by nettwerk). Nederlandse Spoorwegen also operate the class 1600 and 1800, which are the same but owned by different departments. I, personally, am not too fond of them, but they are an interesting contrast to what you see in Germany all the time, so enjoy 1775 in Venlo.
