The Combino is a modular tram concept developed and built by Siemens and sold all over the world. It can be bought in varying lengths and gauges, and actually includes the world’s longest tram. Nordhausen, however, is at the other end of the scale with the shortest kind of Combino made at all and 1000 mm gauge.
Shenanigan87 pointed out that the GT4 basically has the same colors as the older trams in Budapest, and looking at a picture by bandesz99, he’s right. Now, the Combinos have a different color scheme. But imagine it didn’t have the huge advertisement for an orthopedics store, and then compare it to Budapest’s Combinos (lowest one of the pictures linked to above)…
